ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
To effectively actualize our mission and vision, HENMAD operates through three (3) strategic units and three (3) core divisions.
OUR THREE (3) MAJOR UNITS
1. Investment Promotion Unit
Responsible for identifying, conceptualizing, and developing investment opportunities. This unit also sources partners, investors, and complementary funding for projects.
2. Investment Supervision Unit
Oversees and monitors the progress and performance of all investments and projects to ensure they meet their intended objectives.
3. Property Unit
Handles the search, acquisition, design, and development of all properties for HENMAD and provides advisory on property purchase, construction, leasing, and mortgage options.
